Programs Assistant

Description:  Programs Assistant will work with the Program Coordinators and other staff to provide program administrative support, data collection, data compilation, document filing and  reports composition.  The Administrative Assistant will also plan and organize quarterly consumer advisory panels as well as ensure records and database are efficiently and effectively utilized, updated, and integrated across program standards.  Expertise in Excel is preferred.

Requirements:  High school diploma or GED and two (2)years of documented (paid or unpaid) related work experience.  A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social or behavioral sciences may be substituted for the work experience requirement.  Desire and ability to work competently in a LGBT-affirming environment is also required. Candidates will be screened for written/verbal communication, PC and organizational skills.
