Only Offering Teletherapy for Clients
As COVID-19 continues to be a part of our daily lives, we want to ensure the health and safety of those we serve while continuing to offer critical services to the community. That’s why we are only offering teletherapy appointments for our clients for the foreseeable future. The Center is continuing to monitor updates from local officials and from the CDC, however, the health and safety of our clients and staff are of the utmost importance.
To access teletherapy with your therapist or counselor, you must download Microsoft Teams. All your data is safely encrypted and Teams is HIPAA compliant, so you can rest assured your information is private and secure. You may also pay for sessions via PayPal using our secure, online form. If you do not have the ability to access teletherapy from home for any reason, we do have teletherapy offices you may use here at the Center. These offices are private and are sanitized after each use. Please ask your therapist or counselor for more information.
As some members of the LGBTQ+ community are among those most vulnerable to the negative effects of the virus, we ask that everyone utilizing the Center for resources please follow these CDC prevention guidelines in an effort to safeguard yourselves and others from further spread of the virus.
