Seniors Preparing for Rainbow Years (SPRY) introduces “Montrose Diner Days.” Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are serving a freshly prepared nutritious lunch along with some light but lively activities for your enjoyment! Seniors age 60+ and partners/caregivers are welcome at no charge.

When most youth are starting school, it’s estimated that 40 percent of the street youth population identify as LGBT.
No Way! I’m not a bully!
Does that mean you’re not a part of the problem? As we embark on another school year, we will again hear the chorus against bullying. It’s wrong. We must stop it. We agree.
But is that enough?
