It’s not easy to sign up for assistance if you have to go to multiple appointments and various locations. The Montrose Center’s Case Management team wants to try to make it easier for you, especially now that you’ve realized that you may need a little help.

On Friday morning, April 5, the Montrose Center hosts 1-Stop Resource Fair.

Joining our case management, outreach and education teams from 9am – 12noon are New Hope Housing, Goodwill, SNAP (Food Stamps), Lone Star Legal Aid, Harris Health Systems Discount Health Card (formerly the Gold Card).

Each organization will be able to tell you what you need to qualify for services. You may want to bring proof of residency, proof of income and disability or HIV status. You do not have to be a client at the Montrose Center to attend. Please join us in rooms 106/107 at the Montrose Center, 401 Branard St.
